Assemblage
We were suppose to make an object based on left over materials that we had.
We got a log and a few pieces of timber and an Ikea chair.
Two objects were made out of these materials, a chair and an extra step.
By installing these two objects near the exit, we either facilitate the exit and make the circulation faster or slowing down by encouraging people to sit down on the chair and spend more time in the university.
Site
In RCA near the exit in Kensington Gore.
By making a step and a chair, we created a decision point for people, near the exit. They either speed up their exit using the steps or they will decide to stay for longer by sitting on the chair and enjoy the view.

Details
A: The third leg of the stool works as a connection point with the log. They joined together with metal rods but kept a gap in between to respect each other’s identity and also leaving enough space for both materials to breath.
B: The two timber surfaces were connected with the same metal rods and still leave a gap between step and banister.
